I was born & raised in a small town near Madison, and try to get to the Farmers' Market any time I'm back home. Anyway, I made this potato salad tonight, opting to gild the lily - I used a mixture of bacon drippings and olive oil to moisten the salad. It was amazing! My boyfriend was over for dinner, and he highly approves - this will definitely be in the regular rotation of sides!! It might be a new comfort food for me - delicious but a very simple composition of familiar ingredients. Thanks again for sharing this!!
