Jacob, I was impressed with what I found for opening day. But you do have to get up early to get the spinach. cristie, watercress is something I get every spring in my spring-share CSA box. Vermont Valley Farm harvests it from a creek and it is always so fresh and peppery. Let me know if you see any this week. I always include it in a omelet or as a bed for some delicious pork.
