MadLisa, Thanks for the name...of course I&#039;ll never remember it but now I can look it up.

Katie, those spuds are mine and there are only a few left and I&#039;m having them for supper.

yulinka, not much of a recipe but saute a chopped onion in olive oil, add some chopped garlic, dice a potatoe or two into a 1 inch dice, same for the squash. Toss them in the pot, add chicken stock, chard, and maybe some leeks? Whatever you&#039;ve got around, simmer for 30 minutes, serve with grated parm. Also salt and pepper as you go.</description>
