		<description>Just passing by and noticed your post.  I have made no other bread before, so I really liked the no-knead kind.  I seem to get more rise out of the dough if I use a glass bowl, but I don&#039;t know why.  Also, I believe the original recipe says to wait an hour before cutting, which we&#039;ve always done.  This is a very moist bread on the inside, though.  We like it.  Someday I&#039;ll be patient enough to knead.  :)</description>
