NY Times: R.W. Apple RIP and natural cheeses
R.W. Apple, NY Times columnist passed away today. I’ve always admired Mr. Apple’s way with words and his ability to write about topics ranging from war and politics to food and our commonality to eat, and to enjoy what we eat. He will be missed.
Today’s NYT dining section covered natural cheeses and included Love Tree Farmstead in Grantsburg. I’d never heard of them but their cheese looks delicious. I’ll order some from their website.
