Introducing the geeks
I’m Vanessa and that’s my husband Dave. I’m a food geek and he’s a computer geek and we live in Wisconsin with our two sons who are geeks in training. We buy our food local and direct from farmers whenever possible so you’ll find lots of links to Wisconsin products. We are advocates for sustainable agriculture, members of Slow Food Wisconsin, and a Vermont Valley CSA site host. I cook from scratch and I’ll post recipes for what we are cooking and eating plus occasionally I’ll post something totally off-topic…I can do that because its my blog.
